Sacred Body Essence creates handmade, organic body and wellness products and offers spiritual and holistic services designed to promote wellbeing and personal growth. All items and sessions are offered with love, integrity, and respect for the natural world.

Each Sacred Body Essence product is handmade in small batches using natural and organic ingredients. As a result, colour, texture, or scent may vary slightly from batch to batch—this is part of their natural beauty and authenticity.
All descriptions and images on our website are accurate to the best of our ability.
Products are intended for external use only unless otherwise clearly stated.
Please read all ingredient lists carefully. Those with allergies or sensitivities should perform a patch test before use.
Sacred Body Essence cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that occur due to individual intolerance.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be received in full at the time of ordering.
We accept payment methods such as, Stripe, credit/debit card and those displayed in checkout.
Once payment is received, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Products are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 working days for processing before dispatch.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and postal service.
Sacred Body Essence is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@sacredbodyessence.uk so we can assist you.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because our products are handmade and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items due to hygiene reasons.
We will, however, replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
For workshops, healing sessions, or services:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
No refunds for missed appointments without notice.
